A toast!
To a friend’s new job, after a long search.
To my dad being out of the hospital.
To spending time with family.
To my wonderful husband, who takes care of me when I am beyond taking care of myself.
And, last but certainly not least, to finally deciding to quit my job…
Life’s too short — drink bubbly on a weeknight.

Hmm, mini-Mumm being “california champagne”, I don’t think my post would qualify for WBW:
My all-time-fave bubbly — which *is* a true champagne — would have to be the Nicholas Feuillatte 1990 brut. But for everyday celebrations, our house bubbly is the Roderer Estate Brut ($17 at BevMo)…which we served at our wedding. 🙂
