I love their music, but the main reason i listen to The Flobots is because their one of the few bands with such a strong and moving message in their lyrics. And their videos are powerfull too.

I totally agree with you but the reason no one has heard about their deaths specifically is probably cuz they didn't do anything to influence large amounts of people, i mean MJ was a Idol in America and around the world, and the people he influenced felt his death, the marines death on the other hand was felt by a small amount of people but i would think was more influential then MJ's

That is not true at all. I'm no FloBots fan boy because I just discovered them (I don't listen to mainstream radio) and their Handlebars song has incredibly intelligent lyrics loaded with meaning. Quite brilliant, in fact.
