		<description>Went to Alexandria for the Christmas holiday.  Heard about the electric knife when Matt got out his new electric knife to carve a beautiful standing rib roast on Christmas day.  Our family has an extremely ugly clip on bow tie that is passed among the men of the family on Christmas.  As a matter of fact, it didn&#039;t surface this year.  Not unusual.  I first received it when I was 10.</description>

		<description>Oh heck yes -- we love our electric knife. In addition to making short work of roasts, it&#039;s the best thing for cubing up lots of bread for stuffing or meatballs.</description>
