Funny enough, this happened to me on Saturday as I was walking at the Austin Farmers&#039; Market as a shopper instead of vendor and I saw this 8 lb red snapper and ordered it to be delivered to the restaurant, cut it all up and made the exact same dish. I love this dish. Fresh fish is oh so irresistible.</description>

		<description>This sounds fabulous.  we just ate last night at PokPok  (Thai street food) and this sounds like it would be similarly hot, spicy and complex.  Very clever to get the local substitution for tamarind.</description>
