I am a self-proclaimed potato whore. The last recipe I tried was "Bubble and Squeak" from the Serious Eats blog. Too hungry to stop to take pictures. I am currently working on a piece about my hunt for the best home fries in Ithaca. So far, I only have candidates for the worst. You are lucky to have many more options in San Fran. Ooooh, potatoes!
