		<description>I dunno, seems like a waste of the good stuff, Sam. Germain Robin is pricey... and too tasty to squander. But Korbel is local, too. 

Honey... definitely, if you like its flavor. I think it would be lovely with maple syrup, too. :D</description>

		<description>How about honey and Germain Robin brandy? The eatlocal challenge has made a reluctant honey-eater out of me and I am actually getting quite into it. I use the Marshall&#039;s sage honey for it&#039;s lightness of honey flavor.</description>
