On Sunday night the only thing in my fridge was asparagus so I tried your recipe (with linguine, since it was all I had in my pantry) and it was delicious! Thank you for the recipe and brilliant idea!

Well, just a few minutes ago I read about asparagus pesto in a magazine - I've never tried that before. And now I found your recipe here. That's a good idea - and your recipe sounds great!

I made a very similar asparagus/spinach pesto last week....it was AMAZING. I too will be sad to see the asparagus go but keep thinking of the other summer bounties to come and I get excited again!

This sounds fabulous. My mom made something similar when they were visiting in April. Your version looks less complicated though. Thanks!

I love asparagus and I love properly prepared pasta, so how could your dish possibly fail?

We will be trying this tomorrow night.

Thank you much.

Don't laugh but I've been squirreling away a bunch of asparagus myself. We haven't quite reached the end, but I know it's coming, and I'm not ready to say goodbye either. The pesto looks lovely.

Do you like Bariani? I go back and forth about the style of Olive Oil they make. It's almost too buttery and smooth. Last we tried Nash's Manzanillo, but that had almost too much character, so recently we're back with Bariani.
