It just seems to involve some magic skill that I was born without. We're moving to the Bay Area this summer...maybe I'll have to look this woman up!</description>

She claimed it made a world of difference, resulting in tender flakiness instead of cardboard. Perhaps I should face my pastry making fears with these tips in mind. ;-)</description>
