Yay for you for making these – who wouldn’t want a duck burger?

I have this cookbook and have yet to make anything from it – will have to sit down and do some browsing on this snowy day.

That duck burger sounds mighty fine.
Holy duck! heee, the phrase we use at home is “holy smacking duck poo” – which is quite cathartic on occasion.

I do love duck. I’d first like to try this burger at the restaurant in Napa rather than making it myself, but I think the marinade sounds great just to have on hand. Think I’ll make some of that.

Perfect timing: I just made
duck for dinner last night and now have the legs in my freezer, *and* I have Big Small plates, *and* I have all the ingredients for the Mongolian marinade!

What are the chances? This is the first time I’ve made duck at home, and I had to buy a whole duck b/c I couldn’t find moulard breasts. It’s clearly a sign!

I’ll take two!! I love duck breasts, not so much fan of the whole thing, well, except in cassoulet!! The burger is out of this world, what a nice treat!

Sounds really good.
Too many ingredients for little old me, though. Very restauranty. But a fun afternoon if you have them in the house.
