I feel better already :D For what it's worth, the fuschia gnocchi were gorgeous, but not terribly photogenic. And they didn't taste good enough to justify all of the effort that went into them. I have no problem saying something didn't turn out right... especially if there's a good story to go along with it. (And I thought the gnocchi were great!
