I forgot to mention that the recipe was originally written for 3/4 spinach and 1/4 arugula -- with a warning that too much arugula makes the dish bitter. The half-rapini/half-spinach version I made was a recommended option. And since I had some rapini... viola! it seems like a very flexible dish. And it&#039;s really a very easy, quick recipe once you have all the parts measured out.</description>
