[...] Join everyone on April 16 for MxMo XIV over at Married…With Dinner. Hosts Anita and Cameron are looking for lots of ideas for Champagne Cocktails for this Mixology Monday round. And if tax day isn’t enough of a reason to break out the bubbly, then consider that April marks the first anniversary of the launch of Mixology Monday — so to anybody who’s participated over the last year, and to everyone who has meant to, please join us over at Anita & Cameron’s place for this anniversary event. Details are here. [...]

mxmo: The French 75...

Liquor and Libations is very pleased to participate in our very first MxMo (or Mixology Monday) . This month hosts Married with Dinner chose champagne cocktails as the theme, which brought me back to one of my very favorites - the French 75.

hi anita, thanks for your comment on the burdock bubbly! i posted a reply under it, but wanted to make sure you got it, so here it is again:
burdock is not actually a thistle, but it is related. no it’s not bitter at all. it’s got a woodsy, earthy flavor to it. i’ve never tasted Cynar… you know in britain the burdock/dandelion cordial is a best seller!
