I live up in Portland, and my local market had some Bergamots in once last month ($10/lb!). I was inspired in the PS by reading (http://nymag.com/listings/bar/pegu-club/) about Audrey Saunder's Earl Grey MarTEAni "a clean, Brit take on a Pisco Sour". I did some infused vodka with the zest. I still haven't tried vodka yet, but I'm definitely going to have to think about incorporating it with this recipe. Thanks for spreading the bergamot love! Fantastic!
