I've missed the cocktail of the week, too!

Oddly, I've been experimenting with a similar cocktail down here in SF.

I tried a really sweet cocktail a while ago called the Blanche, which had curacao, cointreau, and anisette. It's a Pousse Cafe kind of thing. I really liked the flavors, though, and have been intrigued with creating a dryer version with similar flavors.

Current take: 2 oz Plymouth Gin, 1/4 oz Curacao, 1/4 oz Anisette, Dash Orange Bitters. Stir, strain, Orange Twist.

Currently using Blue Curacao, and calling it "Pale Blue Eyes".
