What a wonderful idea to come up with a fake holiday for relaxing and digesting after the gluttony of Christmas. And who really wants to deal with the re-heating of those tired old leftovers, anyway? I was raised believing *EVERYONE* celebrated Boxing Day, and knew when Juiceboy mentioned B-Day that he was the ying to my yang. (And hooray to all the folks at Menu for Hope!) Hooray for the Brits!
