I know it involves Marshmallow Creme. Not sure if the dairy comes from softened vanilla ice cream, cool whip, or a combination. Personally, my favorite growing-up birthday treat was home made devil's food cake with boiled icing. Sticky-licious. Shoot, now I’m going to have to get my Mom’s recipe.
