Sadly, I've never been to Pink's. Not once.

However, I do have a funny Pink's story: Bobby Flay used to have a show that I can't remember the name of where he "discovers" America's food. He is at Pink's with the woman who owns it. I can't remember if she is the original owner or the daughter of the original owner, but at any rate she is at least 65. They're chatting about different kinds of dogs, and she starts talking about one with guacamole on it. The funny part is that she pronounces guacamole with out the 'ee' sound at the end. Bobby visibly flinches, but doesn't say anything. After all, she's the genius in the segment, not the hot shot mexican fusion dude from NYC. It was funny.

Holy crap -- that looks like a week's worth of calories in one dog. Glad I'm not in LA this week. :-)

Two comments in one:

I cannot imagine Nic eating at Pink's, ever.

You didn't mention the time that a friend, who shall remain namless, ordered chicken fajitas at Pink's in a vain attempt at healthy eating. 8|
