		<description>Neil&#039;s favorite was the Exotic (coconut mousse, candied pineapple, kalamansi coulis, lime dacquoise, crispy coconut).  Those desserts are made fresh every single day completely from scratch, but by evening I can imagine they&#039;d look tired.  I believe they make only 1-3 dozen of each type per day, depending on popularity, so you can see why they&#039;d be picked over by the evening.

I know your trip isn&#039;t truly for &quot;pleasure,&quot; but I hope you&#039;re finding a little relaxation anyway.</description>
