		<description>Acme pain de mie is one of my favorites.  It makes the best toast, and as it toasts, it gives off an incredible aroma.  I can&#039;t describe it, but it smells much better than most other bread.</description>

		<description>I have to agree with Cookie. Baking your own bread in the Bay Area is like brewing your own beer in Seattle: A lovely idea, but ultimately unfulfilling. 

(And yes, this is true even for snooty ol&#039; me, the one with the boulangerie cert from Le Cordon Bleu...)</description>
