I'm marking Noche de Grito on my calendar for next year. :) Not to flog anything/one but I found this great syrup recipe that works like quickie marg mix: 4 oz ginger, grated I cup sugar I cup fresh lime juice Boil all together, strain the grated ginger out, refrigerate. Good as a mixer. So good and yet… so bad. I’m marking Noche de Grito on my calendar for next year. :)
